Puyo Puyo Pachislot (also known as Puyo Puyo! M) is a spinoff arcade slot machine game. The game uses assets from Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary and Puyo Puyo Fever 2. The main goal is to get to the top of the tower and find Ms. Accord's flying cane.
Contents
Story
The story is played out through various cutscenes of the characters interacting with each other and through random events triggered by the player. The story is similar to Puyo Puyo Fever and primarily focuses on Amitie searching for Ms. Accord's flying cane.
Endings
Normal Ending
Amitie reaches the top of the tower and battles Popoi. After defeating Popoi, Amitie meets with Accord, who wordlessly hits her with her hammer, causing Amitie to be knocked out.
Carbuncle Ending
Instead of Popoi, Amitie must battle Carbuncle. Before the battle, Carbuncle fires a laser, narrowly missing Amitie, which is taken as an excuse to battle. During the battle, Amitie pops too many Puyos in a row, causing Carbuncle to be buried in Garbage Puyos.

Random Events
Fashion show
In this event, Dapper Bones will judge two characters (one always being Amitie). After judging, whoever Dapper Bones deems to be less fashionable is either pelted with Garbage Puyos or knocked into the ground with one large Garbage Puyo.
